Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated automatically during the transaction based on the destination and weight of the order.
Products to be delivered within Ireland will take 2 to 3 working days, and delivery to GB and mainland Europe will take 3 to 5 working days. Delivery to destinations outside of Europe may take up to three weeks.
We use a national courier service (GLS) for all deliveries within Ireland, GB and mainland Europe, and An Post for all orders destined abroad. If you have particular issues with receiving packages to your address, please leave specific instructions when placing your order.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you ordered a wrong book, or the book arrived damaged or defective in any way, you can return your order to us within 5 working days for books coming from within Ireland and 10 working days for books being returned from abroad, and we will refund your credit or debit card in full once the books are received and processed.
If you placed an order for a book and then changed your mind, we can change or cancel the order up until it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched you have 5-10 working days (depending on your location, as detailed above) to return the goods and we will issue a full refund of your purchase.
If you receive a book from us damaged or defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product, whatever is your preference. Any damaged or defective books must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, and then returned within 5-10 working days (depending on your location, as detailed above). Returns for damaged or defective books are free – we will refund the cost of your postage to the credit or debit card used to purchase the book.
All books will be inspected on return. Please do not send anything back that is not in the same condition as received. All books must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition.
The books are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way. In the unlikely event that a book is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
